PERSONAL TRAINING – "One To One"

Individual sessions are provided on an hourly basis, primarily using the classic Pilates equipment – the Reformer, Cadillac und Stability Chair™. This equipment provides a unique method for developing flexibility and strength for the whole body.

Individual sessions must be booked in advance.

Group Training: small groups – big success

In small groups up to a maximum of 7 people, all the small Pilates equipment is used in the classic Pilates mat training. During the lessons, emphasis is placed on a varied and holistic training. The aspect of relaxation is also very important.

  • The group training runs all year round with interruptions (see calendar Pilates Zentrum Starnberg) and is supplemented by the summer training in August.
  • In order to be able to guarantee all clients consistently small groups, classes are taught in fixed groups.
  • For missed classes there are 2 online zoom appointments per month.
  • Both individual and group lessons last 55 minutes.
  • Brand new: the Crossley Body Balance Check.
  • The language of instruction is German and/or English.

The Pilates method is ideal for older people, as the exercises can be optimally modified according to individual needs. Look forward to my courses especially for higher semesters!

Important information

Security - current situation because of Corona

To ensure your safety and due to official regulations, strict rules must be followed. These are posted at the entrance to the studio. I kindly ask you to follow them.

Group training

At the Pilates Zentrum Starnberg, classes are taught in small, homogeneous groups of up to seven people. This is to ensure the best possible personal attention and anatomically correct training.
Each participant will therefore be allocated a fixed course place.
For this reason it is unfortunately not possible to make up for missed lessons.

Training clothes

It is recommended to wear comfortable training clothes in which you feel comfortable. Please also remember that a little tighter fitting clothing will make corrections easier. Socks are required for hygienic reasons.
Please bring a towel for your own well-being.

Cancellation of individual lessons

Please cancel individual lessons if possible 48 hours, but at the latest 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

Mobile phones

In order to allow all course participants to relax during the training, mobile phones should be switched off or set to silent.
